A very witty and pretty woman, Pinay Jade, who lives in Singapore gave me this badge. It’s an honor to receive one because… well, because every blogger really wants to be loved. Sometimes we let the words flow from our heads to paper (keyboard) and people read them. We ‘log’ our unique thoughts in our blogs and are surprised that people read them. Ramblings to me are very much a part of humans; in fact, they could even be the best reflections of a person’s personality… because when you ramble, you are expressing how you really feel about something.

Now, I’m rambling.

Instead of giving this award away (I am selfish! Shame!), I want to impart some of the things that I discovered as a work at home mom. I realized that people from all walks of life look for things they immediately need over the net. Interests vary and sometimes looking at lists of what people search for are amazing as well as entertaining. Just looking at sites selling pet supplements made me realize how loved pets are in this world. Visiting other mommy sites exposed me to cultures that I never encountered before even in my readings.

Visiting weblogs made me realize that wherever people are in the world, there are at least two common things between us. It’s ‘being a mom’ and ‘being a blogger’, and there are a lot more, like being supportive to our partners, striving each day to teach our kids how to live and just living our lives the best way we can.
