My Son has a Nanny!
It is no secret in my family, and among my close friends how stressed I am with my work and family life. In fact, I think I’m so stressed that they even invented a new meaning for the word just by looking at me.
I gave up on my initial plan to be “hands-on” all the way and this week, I hired a nanny for my son. She’s 20, can’t cook but can clean the house very well. The best thing about her is: my son adores her!
I’ve gotten through my initial mommy instincts to feel jealous whenever another woman embraced my son (ok, not completely, but i’ll live). I am just happy to not trip over everything that I promised to pick up from the floor days ago.
For now, I tune out the warnings and horror stories that my concerned (meddling) friends tell me about nannies of their children. I am hoping that my nanny will stay and will be gracious enough to not take anything from us when she decides to move on.
I’m just on 7th heaven right now, and I’m so pleased with her performance so far that I bought her a new cellular phone.

im still deciding when to get one because my mom has been complaining. natatakot lang ako to find a really cruel one. hehe.
